This is the first post of what we hope will be a long and productive journey, on a blog dedicated to exploring the Best Practices associated with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (currently in its third version, also known as ITIL v3).
Articles of various levels and other resources will inhabit this space, but the most important contribution will be YOUR practical experience with ITIL: because theory is never enough, only the experience of people brings real results.
